BOOKING CONFIRMATION BY POS TRANSACTION

The confirmation of an on-line booking entails payment by the client of 30% of the total amount due through POS (point-of-sale) transaction technology that the Estival Park has contracted with the La Caixa, which is available on this website. The remaining amount corresponding to the products and services booked should be settled with the hotel reception.
At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation email detailing the terms of your booking. This email should be printed off so you can present it on arrival at the hotel.

The prices and booking conditions are those specified on this website.
Special offers will be valid during the dates specified.
IVA is included in the booking price, nor are any other taxes that may arise with regard to the accommodation, which should be paid at the hotel reception.

CANCELLING A BOOKING

If cancelling an on-line booking (paid by credit card), the Estival Park will not refund the amount paid as a deposit.

OTHER CONDITIONS

In order to make both on-line bookings and provisional bookings, it is mandatory to be of legal age and have registered as a customer. The information provided will be added to the Estival Park’s database and will be processed in accordance with Spanish law concerning data protection with the sole purpose of facilitating access to the reservations system or sending information on services and offers relating to this company. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 concerning the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, you have the right to access, modify or cancel this data by sending an email to reservasonline@estivalpark.es

Any kind of dispute or litigation that may arise in relation to the use of this website will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law in the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona (Spain), to which both parties expressly submit themselves, renouncing the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, should the matter not be resolved by mutual agreement.

This wristband will give you access to all the services and products included in All Inclusive that are detailed below: Food and drink will only be served at the Bar of Building II and at the bars of the three buildings during evening entertainment events from 22.00 to 23:30. All Inclusive timetable: from 10:00 to 23:30, except for services with timetables specifying otherwise . RESTAURANT Full Board (breakfast, lunch and evening meal). House wine, sangria, soft drinks, national beer and water. Ask at the reception about other points for the lunch service. Snacks from 11:00 to 23:00. BAR Sangria, soft drinks and water. Coffee and infusions. National beer and national alcoholic drinks (Gin, Vodka, Whisky and Brandy). See Bar list. Ice lollies. SPORT CENTRE Acclimatised swimming pool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and sauna from 08:00 to 17:00. Gym from 08:00 to 17:00. (persons over 16 years of age). REGULATIONS The All inclusive wristband is personal and untransferable and only one drink and one snack are allowed at a time. Please, take only one drink per person a time. It’s not allowed to accumulate them. Hotel Management reserves the right to withdraw the All Inclusive wristband should it be misused. You will always be asked for your All Inclusive wristband to benefit from the advantages of this card. Before making your order, show your identification wristband.
